MR. ADAM AHMED RAJEED has been the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since he founded the company.

With about twenty (25) years of experience in petroleum downstream business management starting from fuel retail outlet management through supervision, he has a fine blend of experience which cuts across various categories of Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) — multinational (Shell), Pan-African (Oando) and indigenous/Ghanaian (Nasona Oil and Star Oil) — which he uses to provide dealership and direction for the management of outlets.

A passionate advocate and believer in ethical business conduct, win-win business relationships, and best practices, he coaches and guides his team to live such values and to aim at nothing but the best, notwithstanding the challenges R&P Oil encounters as an emerging company. This is because he believes that quality or excellence has no nationality.

Mr. ADAM previously served as a dealer for, Shell Ghana Ltd; Oando Ghana Ltd; Star oil Company Ltd; Puma Energy Ghana Ltd; Ghana Oil Ltd; Total Ghana Ltd and as a Station Manager under Nasona Oil Company Ltd and played a key role in growing these companies and won a number of awards for his contribution to the growth of these companies.

Mr. ADAM has also attended a number of courses on petroleum business management and participated in several business conferences/summits including Africa Business Leaders’ Summit and Africa Oil & Gas Summit.
